影片围绕着长野县警大和敢助展开。在一次追捕行动中，他为了追捕一名嫌犯，在八岳连峰的雪山中意外遭遇枪击，并被突如其来的雪崩掩埋。

与此同时，毛利小五郎接到一通电话，得知他的一位警视厅老友正在调查十个月前的雪崩事件，而事件资料中竟然出现了小五郎的名字。小五郎带着柯南前往约定地点，却在途中再次发生枪击事件。

这桩看似简单的雪崩与枪击案，背后却牵扯出长野县警三人组（大和敢助、上原由衣、诸伏高明）、安室透（降谷零）以及毛利小五郎的过往与现在。大和敢助脑中沉睡的记忆碎片，成为解开谜团的关键线索，而事件的真相也逐渐揭示出国家层级的巨大阴谋。

这部电影不仅是长野县警三人组的故事，也穿插了安室透的活跃，为观众呈现一个冰雪覆盖下，充满悬疑与未达成约定的神秘故事。

It is the 28th movie in the Detective Conan series and is primarily set in Nagano Prefecture. The plot revolves around Nagano Prefectural Police officer Kansuke Yamato, who is shot and buried in an avalanche in the Yatsugatake mountain range while pursuing a suspect.

Meanwhile, Kogoro Mouri receives a call from an old friend at the Metropolitan Police Department, who is investigating a ten-month-old avalanche case. Surprisingly, Kogoro's name appears in the case files. He heads to the meeting place with Conan, but they are met with another shooting incident.

The seemingly simple avalanche and shooting case turns out to be intricately linked to the past and present of the Nagano Prefectural Police trio (Kansuke Yamato, Yui Uehara, Takaaki Morofushi), Amuro Toru (Rei Furuya), and Kogoro Mouri. The fragmented memories in Kansuke Yamato's mind become the key to solving the mystery, which ultimately uncovers a large-scale conspiracy at the national level.

The film focuses on the Nagano trio's story while also featuring Amuro Toru, presenting a suspenseful and mysterious narrative of an unfulfilled promise set against a backdrop of snow and ice.

Movie Synopsis: 本章承接动画《柱训练篇》的结尾发展，由鬼舞辻无惨发动陷阱，使鬼杀队成员及“柱”们被吸入异空间——“无限城”，开启了最终决战的序幕。

新一代当主——第98代·产屋敷辉利哉（接替牺牲的前任当主）的指挥下，他与愈史郎以及珠世通过血鬼术与“鹰爪鸟”共享视线，共同制作无限城地图，帮助鬼杀队行动。

The story picks up right after the Hashira Training Arc. Muzan Kibutsuji’s trap pulls the Demon Slayer Corps into the otherworldly domain known as the Infinity Castle, kicking off the final decisive battle.

The new Corps leader, Kiriya Ubuyashiki (98th generation head, after his father’s sacrifice), works together with Yushiro and Tamayo. By linking vision through Yushiro’s blood demon art and kasugai crows, they map out the Infinity Castle and guide the slayers through the shifting maze-like structure.
